encourage the customers to bring back their used mobiles

In France, Orange has implemented the program "Second mobile life", which consists in salvaging functional mobiles against the delivery of a gift-voucher.

reconcile economy and ecology
With this offer, all mobile holders, whether they are Orange customers or not, can bring in their used mobiles to an Orange shop. If it can be traded in, the owner of the telephone receives a gift-voucher between 30 and 70€ to be used at an Orange shop. Additionally, the operator pays 5€ to the Emmaüs International association to participate in the collection and recycling of end-of-life mobiles for Africa.
