The first axis of our environmental policy, the reduction of impacts on the environment is conveyed by commitments and clear objectives, such as to lower our greenhouse gas emissions 20% by 2020, or to progressively develop electronic invoicing to reach 40% in all countries.
We focus our actions on
four sensitive domains:
the fight against climate changeThe priorities in this domain are to restrict the energy consumption of our networks and buildings, to favour as many renewable energy sources as possible, and to reduce the CO2 emissions of our vehicles and business travels.
waste managementWe have defined guiding principles consisting in optimising the quantities and treatment of our waste on one hand, and encouraging our customers to recycle or reuse used equipment.
paper consumptionThe Group emphasises on the awareness of the personnel and the proper attitudes to be adopted in order to reduce the internal consumption of paper (for example, favouring printing on the reverse side or with recycled paper).
the preservation of biodiversityWe work with our stakeholders in order to make our facilities as discreet as possible, in particular by trying to harmonise our fixed lines and our antennae with the local landscape, or by undertaking initiatives to protect the flora and fauna.
