We openly and effectively communicate about our corportate responsibility performance, externally and internally. Here you can find out about our performance and progress, and how we measure it.

KPIs
We use standard measurements called key performance indicators (or KPIs) to track impact, performance and progress over time. The KPIs include both qualitative statements and quantitative figures on our key responsible growth issues. The measures make it possible for us to see priority areas for work and to draw up specific plans and targets.

We update our KPIs annually in light of emerging risks, changes in our business and activities, and changes in the expectations people have of us.
