responsible growth – ethics integrated into our activities
Our code of ethics is the foundation of our corporate responsibility program. It sets out our commitments to do business with integrity, and the individual conduct all managers and employees should expect of each other. To put it into practice we integrate sustainable development issues into each of our major business policies.


a network-based organization
A dedicated corporate responsibility and sustainable development office oversees and coordinates the strategy on a daily basis, backed by a network of corporate responsibility and sustainable development correspondents in our national businesses. A corporate responsibility and sustainable development steering committee made up of senior managers from across our business functions, reviews the strategy’s deployment and defines priorities and actions.


charity

Around the world, through the Orange Foundation, we are rolling out a charity approach built around three priorities:

- health : creating ties with autistic people and contributing to improve independence and quality of life for people with visual or hearing impairments
- education : focusing on educating girls in developing countries and fighting illiteracy
- culture : supporting collective vocal music initiatives

Our network of responsibility correspondents in group businesses around the world tailor awareness-building communications to their local contexts in order to get all our employees excited about applying sustainable development in their day-to-day work – do not understand this?. They develop local programs to make sure their policies are aligned to group responsible policies and to address local concerns people have about our business..

honesty about progress
To measure, and demonstrate how we’re performing against our corporate responsibility aims we produce annual reports using a performance indicator framework that references best practice guidelines. Every year we learn from stakeholders about emerging risks and concerns, and reflect this in our plans and our communications.
