More specific trainings were also given to the employees and contractors in relation with the customers. For support, practical guides are available for the personnel. A network of advisors and correspondents is in charge of sharing this information and collecting the reports of the employees. Alert procedures and controls can be operated so as to verify the proper application of the ethical rules in the professional practice.
