In November, 2008, Orange Business Services was selected for the third successive year as the best worldwide operator at the World Communication Awards, while Orange received the best mobile operator prize.
In October, 2008, among seven distinctions awarded by Telemark, Orange Business Services received the "World Record Award" which rewards the operator having contributed the most "to raising the level of customer satisfaction".
In France, IFOP (The French Institute for Opinion Polls) and Viseo Conseil awarded Orange with the "customer service 2009" awarded for the quality of its customer relations in the mobile telephone area.
