Orange signs an agreement with Google to enrich its “ma publicité locale” range with the Google AdWordsTM offering

There are over 3.4 million businesses with 0 to 50 employees in France, nearly 22% of which have a website (Source: INSEE 2010).

The Internet is now a vital tool for enhancing their sales growth. 68% of French consumers search online before making a purchase (Source: TNS Sofres 2010).

Orange, which is keenly aware of this fact, has entered into a partnership with Google to bring Google AdWords to France under the name of Regie Locale Google AdWords. This will enrich Orange’s range of local advertising offerings for micro-enterprises / SMEs by providing them with a comprehensive toolset for managing their Google AdWords campaigns.

Google AdWords gives advertisers visibility through commercial links displayed on the results pages of the Google search engine, and on the sites of its partner network (web and mobile).

With this offering, Orange will provide micro-enterprise and SME advertisers with a genuine turnkey service from €49.90 per month (excl. VAT) that will include the integral management of their AdWords campaigns (12-month commitment with the first month free). Professionals will benefit from the extensive know-how and knowledge of Orange experts: choice of key words, drafting of advertisements, definition of maximum cost-per-click, etc.

Professionals can effectively measure their return on investment using the monthly report on the performance of their campaign.

Offerings and services to suit the requirements of micro-enterprises and SMEs: the “ma publicite locale” range and express pro website.

In addition to the Google AdWords offering, “ma publicite locale” offers services for professionals to optimise their visibility on all media (web, mobile, tablet, voicemail) through two offerings:  

- “mon profil pro”, professionals can create or enrich their entry in the 118 712 directory free of charge.

- “Visibilite +”, professionals can appear among the first five results when a search is made for their line of business in the area on all 118 712 media.

Launched in April 2011, the www.site-express-pro.fr website enables professionals to easily create a tailored website for their business. They are guided step-by-step through five stages enabling them to publish the first page of their site in just a few minutes (the commitment-free service comes free of charge for the first 12 months, and then costs €5.00 per month excl. VAT).
