With its promise of enhanced television, Orange is responding to the pronounced development of TV consumption of the last few years with the emergence of non-linear, customisable, enhanced, flexible and increasingly community-focused TV consumption… “a recent study has shown that almost 70% of households consume TV media either on a different screen to the traditional television set, or in a delinearised manner... Thanks to the Orange’s powerful networks and our active partnership strategy, we are now able to adapt to these new habits and offer the best TV content to our customers” explains Alice Holzman, Head of Consumer Marketing, Orange France.

the abundance of on-demand programmes
Orange TV customers have access to more than 16,000  programmes on demand whenever they wish:
a home video library offering up to 7,000 videos including a vast amount of recent releases.
an on-demand television service which offers the possibility of watching programmes from 33 channels again and again.

For Livebox Star customers, there’s a catalogue of 150 films included each month, with no limits, and an 80Gb hard drive, available upon request.

Orange TV is no longer only on the television, it’s on other household screens too!
Orange, a pioneer in the development of TV and VoD on high speed fixed [ADSL and fibre optic] and mobile networks in Europe, is making the most of its infrastructures, knowhow and partnerships to offer a rich, diversified content offer, available anytime, at home and everywhere else.
Orange is offering its customers a triple play multi-screen experience where they can enjoy their programmes on other screens in the home which are connected to the Livebox: PC, smartphones and tablets .
Orange TV customers will be able to enjoy:
a selection of inclusive channels: TF1, France Télévisions, Disney Channel, TMC…
Extra and Sport package channels with the arrival on 2 January 2012 of TF1 group channels LCI, Eurosport and Eurosport 2…

the best of VOD, available on Android tablet and smartphone from early 2012
the possibility of watching programmes that have already been broadcast again and again, with TV on demand on smartphone, and on Tablet from early 2012.

a new enhanced TV interface
A more intuitive graphic interface: fluid, simplified browsing through the entire menu without leaving the programme you are watching, with an integrated direct home screen allowing you to see the evening’s TV listings and what’s new on your favourite channels

Personalised content suggestions based on your likes and viewing habits  
Programme alert services and favourites to help you programme your evening’s television viewing
Deezer and Dailymotion on the TV, to tune into Deezer radio stations and its 13 million tracks and playlists , and soon, the best internet videos from the TV with Dailymotion. These services can be accessed under web in the side-menu.

a communications campaign incorporating digital technologies… as never been seen before

To celebrate the festive season, Orange has developed a modern, digital, 360° Christmas fairytale surrounding the magic of its latest innovations, with the new TV generation in mind.
Launched on 24 November, this extremely powerful media tool will reach 95% of over-15s, on average more than 20 times.
The “Christmas as never been seen before" advertising campaign will begin on TV with a 40” short film, and will then be followed up with radio, print and digital formats. The film invites viewers to log on to Orange.fr to find out more about this fabulous Orange Christmas

in addition to the Orange TV experience, in this Christmas campaign, consumers will discover:
The new Open offer with its 4 additional mobile packages at incredible Christmas prices
The latest Samsung, HTC and BlackBerry Smartphones and the Galaxy tab 10.1 tablet
Fibre with Open, to take advantage of all that Open has to offer and a speed of up to 100 Mb.
