Orange further strengthens its Mobicarte range of topups

Paris, November 14, 2011

Orange is the only operator in France to offer a range of topups to include a free call credit on all topups from November 24
Orange is also incorporating new benefits into its mobicarte range: "+calls and texts", "+social networks and texts" or "+international"

More beneficial topups for all mobicarte customers

Orange is keeping its range of topups from €5 to 100 and including a call credit on all topups. For instance, customers who buy a €10 topup will be credited for €12, with €2 offered free.

On topups from €25 to 75, Orange is increasing the credit offered compared with the previous range: a further €2 to 5 depending on the topup amount selected. In this way, for a €75 topup, customers will be offered a call credit for €30 instead of €25, with €105 added to their mobicarte.

All mobicarte customers are automatically entitled to this new range of topups. They also have more flexibility for managing their use, since the credit validity period can be up to one year for the €100 topup.

Three groundbreaking benefits to choose from for new mobicarte customers

As soon as they make their purchase, new mobicarte customers can choose one of the following three benefits:

> "+calls and texts": 50% more call time and texts for communicating with friends and family in total freedom,

> or "+social networks and texts": access to social networks offered with the My Friends* application, which can be downloaded free, as well as 50% more texts, for young people who want to keep in touch with their community, while keeping their budget under control,

> or "+international": international calls (Europe including French overseas departments, Maghreb region and Turkey) for the price of a national call to keep in contact with their friends and families for longer

Mobicarte customers can change their benefit at any time and no cost by dialing #123#, making full use of everything that the mobicarte range has to offer, in total simplicity.

Optimum peace of mind with the mobicarte offer's benefits

Mobicarte customers have an offer to renew their mobile every year, while keeping their own phone number: a new mobile at the same price as for a new mobicarte customer, with an additional €15 of call credit included, if they top up within 31 days of their renewal.

Two specific topups for €5 each round off the new range: one for sending unlimited texts (valid 24-7 for seven days in France, all operators), and the other for surfing online with your mobile (valid for seven days in France; speed restrictions above 100 MB).

Like all Orange customers, mobicarte customers have access to Orange Cinéday: every Tuesday, buy-one-get-one-free deals are available for cinema tickets. Customers simply text "ciné" to 20 000 and then receive a code to be shown at the cinema's box office.

* Access to the service subject to credit > €0
