Orange launches the 2011 French Orange Prize for Fiction, THE literary award for web users

Paris, January 24, 2011
Today Orange is kicking off the 3rd French Orange Prize for Fiction Awards, chaired by Erik Orsenna, which will run from 24 January to 15 June 2011.

The French Orange Prize for Fiction unites web users who are passionate about literature and professionals in the literary field in order to select the best fiction publications of the "rentrée littéraire", the period in France from January to April when publishing houses tend to release new books.  The winner is then chosen by the thousands of web users who are members of the Orange Fiction Community.

The winner will be rewarded with a cheque for €15,000 and by having their work recorded as an audiobook for widespread distribution among the visually impaired.
