27 staff from Normandy are at Mont-Saint-Michel to facilitate visits for people with motor or mental disabilities.
At the Basilique de Saint-Denis, 21 volunteers are presenting the first sections from the multisensory tapestry work pack, with 14 tactile boards for the blind and various tactile pictures combined with fragrances and specific tools.
In Picardy, at the Château de Pierrefonds, the Orange Foundation has enabled the Crew company to immerse both hearing and hearing-impaired visitors in a 3D and sensory experience, with 16 employees from Orange accompanying visitors during these performances.
The musicologist Pascale Criton, with financial backing from the Orange Foundation, is proposing "audio-tactile stations", an experience to listen through touching. In the Panthéon's western crypt, two tables and six columns have been set up, providing access to audio information via materials (wood, metal, etc.) through physical contact and the bone system. All visitors are being guided and accompanied by 21 volunteers from Orange.
