Nicolas Guérin appointed Group Director of Legal Affairs

Nicolas Guérin has been appointed Group Director of Legal Affairs. Nicolas Guérin will report to Jean-Yves Larrouturou, Deputy CEO. Nicolas Guérin will have responsibility for establishing and implementing France Telecom Group’s legal policy. He will coordinate the Group’s legal division, which numbers over 650 employees spread across 35 countries.
Nicolas Guérin is 41 and began his career at the SFR Group. He joined France Télécom in January 1998 and since 2003 has been the Group’s Director of Legal Affairs for competition and regulation. He holds a post-graduate diploma (DESS) in business and accounting law and graduated from the business law institute of the Paris II Panthéon-Assas University.
