The Orange mobile portal is being brought into line with the orange.fr portal, adopting the same visual identity and incorporating the Orange logo. This harmonization of the mobile portal and internet portal fits in with the Group’s convergence strategy.
The user interface has been simplified and structured around three tabs: "home", "menu" and "account". This new structure offers direct access to the news section and favorites from the homepage. The "menu" tab offers an overview of the content and services available on the Orange portals from your mobile. The "account" tab enables users to access pricing information in order to manage their mobile account in total simplicity.
This new mobile version of the Orange portal has also been designed to be adapted for new handsets. The user interface has been rethought in response to the growing use of touch screens, making “finger” browsing easier.

With its new version of the mobile portal, Orange is offering three "smartbookmarks" (or favorites) as of the homepage. In this way, users are informed about three services available on the Orange portal from their mobile. These "favorites", animated around a visual and link, are selected by Orange depending on the handsets.
From 2010, the "favorites" will be able to be personalized by users, who will be able to select the subjects in line with their areas of interest (cinema, sport, music, etc.) and keep track of their news from the homepage. In addition, the number of favorites available is expected to increase 5 instead of three at present.
The Orange mobile portal homepage will soon be able to be personalized online. In addition, Orange mobile customers will also be able to connect up to the mobile portal in WiFi.

personalized pricing information
To make it easier to manage your mobile bill, Orange is launching the "Orange mobile pricing info" service. Available from the "account" tab, this new service enables users to find out what services and options are included in their plan, and to check the prices of what is not included. In addition, when customers change their mobile offers, the information is automatically updated.
This new personalized pricing information service further supplements the tools developed by Orange to enable its customers to keep informed in real-time and manage their mobile account in total transparency.
