To improve the Telepresence solution, Orange Business Services offers a new 24/7 personalized concierge help-desk service. Businesses and their employees have a personal assistant in charge of reservations, the technical setup and management of the meetings, as well as technical support. Orange Business Services offers businesses customized support, allowing them to benefit from all of the solution’s advantages without having to worry about how it operates. The Telepresence solution also integrates a new line of equipment and conference rooms.

To allow businesses to visually communicate with external interlocutors, Orange Business Services offers Telepresence Community. This solution is compatible with all Telepresence-related solutions offered to businesses anywhere in the world, on the Orange network.
