Orange sport wins its appeal against SFR and Free

In a decision published today, the Paris Appeal Court has overturned the decision taken by the Tribunal of Commerce on 23 February 2009, ruling against SFR (Vivendi group) and Free.
Orange is fully satisfied with this decision that re-establishes its rights, and will reopen the commercialisation of the Orange sport offer to new subscribers from tomorrow evening for online customers and from Saturday in its stores.
