At Orange we have partnerships with external bodies to help us best connect with talented students and offer advice and assistance in return.

Telecom Management Sud Paris

Orange want to recruit talented people from diverse backgrounds, particularly in areas such as information systems, innovation and technology, and customer relations. To help us do this we sponsor two schools (TELECOM INT and INT Management). Students are given direct access to Orange employees, including the Commercial director to ask questions about working in the industry, at Orange and share experiences.

Orange partnership with the African Business Club (April 2009)

Last April, Orange re-signed for one more year its partnership contract with the African Business Club (ABC). The African Business Club is an association composed by 50 motivated african students gathering a dynamic networks of more than 3000 people.
Thanks to its official partner status with the African Business Club since April 2008, Orange has developed its visibility and the knowledge of its businesses among the african elites coming from French "Grandes Ecoles" and best Universities. Furthermore, Orange can benefit from a great access to a wide high-level network. All year-long, our teams were actively involved in the events organised by the association: the annual recruitment forum (the last one in April was a huge success), the annual gala and participation in conferences.

Orange Graduate Programme

The Orange Graduate programme is designed to attract, recruit, develop and retain graduates with high potential from the best international engineering and business schools. Each year 60 candidates are recruited as part of the worldwide talent pool and offered challenges to develop a fast-track international career. This is structured in a tailored programme for five years with a wide range of support including a buddy programme, career development modules, themed workshops, mentoring, career advice, international mobility, monthly conferences and half-year annual appraisals. You will quickly take on real managerial or expert roles across a wide variety of fields.
