composition of the advisory board
The scientific advisory board is appointed by the Group Chairman for a three-year term. It consists of seven external members including its chairman, and two in-house members. The last renewal was in 2010.The external members are scientific personalities chosen for their personal competence, who express themselves completely independently. Other experts can also be consulted by the scientific advisory board.
The in-house members include the head of France Telecom's Research and Development, and one member, in general an executive chosen from another branch.
