Our innovation chain is structured around developed and undeveloped projects.

At one end of the chain, there are ideas coming in from R&D, our industrial partners and our employees.
Ideas with high development potential go to the exploration centre.

The ‘exploration centre’ is an incubator of projects for ideas that deserve to be developed further to determine their feasibility and potential. New uses and technological breakthroughs are then tested before market launch.

The integrated strategic marketing in the innovation chain then takes over marketing the product within the technocentre.

The Strategic Marketing Committee, determines which projects will be dealt with by the technocentre and who will take charge of the strategic steering.

These projects are then examined closely by the Market & Value Analysis team who look at the various market segments.

 

Finally, agreed projects are integrated into the Group's Product Roadmap and 3-year plan.
