new LiveboxOn June 25, France launched the new Livebox with its new design in 46 stores in Paris and the Hauts de Seine Region. professional perspective For professionals and SMEs, France is launching Optimale pro office, which has already been available in Poland since December 2008.
This service includes a Business Livebox with an integrated telephone switchboard. Through a highly intuitive web interface, employees can manage the services relating to their own phone by themselves, while the IT manager’s independence is also ensured.
In Belgium, Mobistar is extending its One Office Full Pack service to include SMEs. This fully integrated solution offers mobile and fixed voice (VoIP), internet access and the My Office communications suite. It incorporates several products developed by the Technocentre, including the Business Livebox, PBX Plug, Flybox and Reach Everyone.
In Senegal, the pilot phase has just begun for My Office, the communications suite developed by Orange specifically for professionals. Its general launch is scheduled for October.
As far as professional web solutions are concerned, Espace Utilisateur, which enables each person to access their office wherever they may be, with a more user-friendly and accessible approach, has been further enhanced with a fully personalized section by Orange, providing tips on how to make better use of the services offered.
