In France, since 2007 the Group has been producing sports channels that respond to new media usage:
Orange sport, the big-events sports channel offers more than 80 hours of programmes a week with numerous direct broadcasts, such as its flagship French League 1 Saturday evening broadcast, as well as many other sports competitions: Bundesliga, Serie A, English League Cup, Africa Nations Cup, NBA, Top 14 (on VoD), English championship rugby, French handball championship, DTM or Formula 3 championships, Bol d’Or, snowboarding and freestyle World Cups...Orange sport is also a team of passionate consultants and journalists helping us discover a whole universe of sport with, among others, Sébastien Chabal for rugby, Pape Diouf for football, Joakim Noah for basketball and Peyo Lizarazu for surfing. Orange sport info is a continuous sports information channel. Available on mobile, PC and TV, it offers the best of all sports news. More than just a channel, Orange sport info is also an interactive channel that allows you to access very simply the best of sport on demand, and all results, rankings and latest news in text format.

Orange sport event is an event channel for all sports, many of them rarely or never before broadcast. How you want it, when you want it, available on TV as well as your PC, it showcases what's happening in many disciplines, thanks in particular to the partnership signed between Orange and CNOSF (French National Olympic and Sports Committee).
This “
Content Everywhere” strategy is also deployed in other countries where the brand is present including UK, Poland, Spain, France, Romania, Belgium, Switzerland, Slovakia, Mauritius, and Senegal.
In
Poland, the Group launched in August 2008 and then in April 2009 a local version of the Orange sport and Orange sport info channels.
In partnership with Cyfra + (canal +), Orange sport is broadcasting all Polish League 1 matches, some of them exclusively.
In
Spain, Orange has been offering the best of Iberian football with the GoITV channel on its TV bouquet since September 2009.
In
Africa, from 2009 to 2016 Orange will be the official partner of the African football team and the "new media" broadcaster of organised competitions on the continent. It will offer the major African Football Confederation competitions on mobile in 55 African countries.
Orange sport is also coming to the
DOM TOMs (i.e. Martinique, Guadeloupe, St Bart’s, Guyana and Reunion) in November 2009 via the TV bouquet by satellite launched last June.
