shareholders committee

As a matter of good governance, France Telecom constantly improves the quality of the relationship and communication towards its individual shareholders. Within this scope, France Telecom has created at the end of 2008 a committee for analysis and benchmark of individual shareholding (cabai).

cabai is a consultative organ which tends to analyze the practice in shareholders' communication and to propose innovative solutions (information media, general meeting and others events).

cabai is made up of 13 members selected by France Telecom for their experience and knowledge in this domain. It met four times in 2009, twice in 2010 and its proposals mainly dealt with the individual shareholders website, the general meeting, the shareholders' letter and the annual report.
